There's been little information about this, but a few of the EDAs are set to be released out as Kindle versions at the end of the month. This could possibly mean more releases in the future and a great way to express interest in these books (if you don't have a Kindle, you can read Kindle books on your computer and all sorts of other stuff).
I'd love to know if anyone has any more information about these releases. I tried contacting BBC books for some information, but haven't received any response.
In the meantime - definitely order one or more of these if you have the spare cash!
I had a search through Amazon and these were the EDAs that are getting released. Most are Lance Parkin titles:
Father Time - August 31st
The Gallifrey Chronicles - August 31st
Trading Futures - August 31st
The Year of Intelligent Tigers - Possibly. No formal release date.
Non-EDAs:
Infinity Doctors - August 30th
Bunker Soldiers (one, steven, dodo) - Available now.
Edit to add:
I send a message to Martin Day (author of Bunker Soldiers) asking about this. He replied, saying:
"Thanks for the message; I’m afraid I don’t know if there are plans to release more Who books on Kindle (I did get a sense that those books on Kindle were a trial to see how successful they might be). Sadly we authors are always the last to be told!"
So, unfortunately, no further news on this, except that they are probably a trial release.

Now, if they release Paul Magrs's titles as ebooks, I'd buy them gladly. I bought my much-loved copies of The Blue Angel and The Scarlet Empress secondhand, and I feel bad that he never got any cash out of it.
